College Recruiting
11th Grade
- Determine strategy to get exposure to your target schools (i.e. club team tournaments, ID clinics, identification program, etc.)
- Narrow your list of target schools to 5-7 schools
- Meet with your college liaison to finalize the best path for your collegiate career
- Email coaches at target schools before and after every event
- Visit 4+ college campuses
- Attend ID clinics or camps at schools from your list
- Add to your highlight video and ensure you have a final edit
- Attend the club’s college night put on by the college liaisons
- Obtain “Letters of Recommendations” and develop a “Reference” list.
- Take the ACT and/or SAT and continue taking until satisfied with scores
- Attend College soccer games
