Emergency Action Plan

In case of emergency, call 911 immediately.

The Emergency Action Plan (EAP) at Vestavia Hills Soccer Club provides a clear and effective framework for responding to emergencies during practices, games, and events. Its primary purpose is to ensure the safety and well-being of players, coaches, and spectators by detailing step-by-step protocols for various scenarios, including injuries, weather-related illnesses, cardiac incidents, and concussions.

The EAP includes essential contact information, facility-specific AED locations, and first aid measures, enabling staff and volunteers to act quickly and confidently. It also emphasizes collaboration with emergency responders and clear communication with families. This plan reflects our commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
